Any recent graduate living in or is an indigene of the Niger Delta, who is between ages 18 to 30. The Niger Delta states are Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo and Rivers.

The program courses include:

  • Careers and Skills Course
  • Foundational Course
  • Foundational Assessment
  • 3-month Specialisation training.
Candidates who complete all stages will be placed in full-time employment at solar energy companies.

No, application is free.
The program—training and placement is sponsored by All On, a leading impact investment organisation in Nigeria. However, you will pay a token commitment fee of N5,000. Successful candidates who complete the world class foundational course and pass the foundational assessment will also pay N30,000 upfront or after full-time placement at a solar energy company.
The training will last for 14 weeks, but you are required to commit at least 12 months to learning and building your career in solar.
Online and in Asaba, Port Harcourt, Lagos, Abuja.
Successful candidates who choose the core technical track will be equipped to work in solar design, installation, operations, maintenance while those on the supporting services track will be equipped to work as customer service personnel in the solar energy sector.
If you are interested in the technical career path, you must have a STEM degree or work experience in STEM. If you are interested in the supporting services track, you must have good verbal and written communication skills.
